On June 30, a new top! store conveniently located among the apartment buildings of Purvciems, opened its doors at 44A Ilukstes Street in Riga. The store's 338 m2 retail space has been recently renovated and adapted to the standards of the top! store chain. The new top! at Ilukstes Street will offer a wide range of goods, including products from local Latvian producers, as well as readymade culinary and confectionery top! products. The total investment in the project reaches 700,000 EUR.

“We are ending the month of June with a new local top! store in Riga, which will be conveniently located and accessible to residents of the Purvciems district. The travel time to the store will be significantly reduced, since the new top! will be just a few steps from home. This is already the third top! store that was opened this month after Salaspils and Tīreļi and the seventh top! in Riga. The building previously belonged to Rīgas Siltums, but the chain's partner AS LPB renovated it into a store. We will please the store visitors with confectionery and culinary products, local fresh meat products, Latvian-made sweets, dairy products, drinks, pastry and grain products, fruits and vegetables, as well as everyday goods at good prices. Of particular note is the category of healthy eating, which will please those who regularly monitor their diet, ”the top! Member of the Board Ilze Priedīte kindly informed.

Along with the launch of the new top!, the adjacent territory has also been put in order - it has become more accurate and aesthetic. The parking area near the store has been asphalted, new ornamental plants have been planted, and the territory around the store building has been landscaped. The equipment of the building was chosen taking into account energy efficiency both outside and inside the premises, using modern technologies and LED lighting.

The new top! in Purvciems is already the fourth new store opened this year. At the end of March a top! opened its doors in Daugavpils, in early June - in Salaspils, later in Tīreļi, and now in Riga. At the same time, renovation work is underway in existing stores to improve and modernise the shopping experience for visitors. The chain's partner AS LPB is renovating several stores this year, including the largest renovation and expansion works being completed in Pāvilosta, while the construction of a new store has just begun in Grobiņi, South Kurzeme.
