On May 8, 2025, the store chain top! continues to expand, and this week, the third new store of the year opened at 1–2 Vecā Jūrmalas Gatve in Zasulauks, Riga. The store was opened by Dekšņi SIA, one of the participants in the store chain top!. This is a significant step in the company’s development in the Riga region.
The new store has a retail area of 290 m² and will employ 14 staff members, ensuring both professional service and a friendly, welcoming shopping experience.
The building housing the store was purchased at the end of 2023, and the total investment in the project reached 1 million euros. The store is equipped with energy-efficient retail equipment and LED lighting, ensuring sustainable operation and a pleasant environment for customers.
Special attention in the store is given to its own culinary and pastry products, which are carefully and lovingly made by the master chefs at the Tukums production facility. These products will offer customers the opportunity to enjoy delicious, locally-made food crafted from high-quality ingredients.

About the project developer Dekšņi SIA
Dekšņi SIA is a family business founded in 1994 in Tukums, with one store and two employees. Over the years, the company has significantly expanded and developed, becoming one of the largest businesses in Tukums. Currently, Dekšņi manages several units, including 8 stores from the store chain top!, a base store, culinary, pastry, and meat production facilities, the RocketCafe café (particularly family-friendly), and a clothing store. The company employs over 200 people. In 2003, Dekšņi SIA joined the local store chain top!.
The company is known for its self-produced culinary and pastry products, made in the Tukums production facility. These products are popular with customers and are available in its own stores in Tukums, Slampē, and Riga.
Dekšņi SIA is actively involved in the development of local communities and supports various social groups in different ways. The company’s owners are Sandra Pelce (70%), Anda Fogele (25%), and Evija Plece (5%).
