Investing more than one million euros, a new top! store has opened in Zolitūde

On July 17, a new top! grocery store opened its doors at 8 Paula Lejiņa Street in Riga, offering a wide selection of food and culinary products in a modern, energy-efficient, and customer-friendly environment. This is already the eighth new top! store opened this year and the twelfth in Riga. More than one million euros were invested in the project, creating 10 new jobs for local residents.

The building, purchased two years ago, has undergone significant transformation — the facade has been renovated, a top! store has been built in line with the retail chain’s unified concept, and rental spaces have been improved. Total investments in the project exceed one million euros, allocated toward infrastructure upgrades, the implementation of energy-efficient solutions, and the purchase of modern equipment. The newly opened top! store occupies 244 m² of the building’s total 880 m² area, while the remaining space will be leased to other businesses, promoting local entrepreneurship and expanding the range of services available to residents of Zolitūde.

The new store will be open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, providing Zolitūde residents with essential food and non-food items conveniently close to home.
