The building, with a total area of 400 sq m, of which 295 sq m is the retail space, was acquired at the end of 2023. More than EUR 700,000 was allocated for the reconstruction and furnishing of the store in line with the new top! design concept. Taking into account the sustainable development goals of top!, the store is equipped with modern energy-efficient equipment, the latest generation LED lighting, and a reverse vending machine for accepting deposit containers. In support of Latvian entrepreneurs, the renovation of the building and the furnishing of the store were entrusted to the construction company MARBELLA RN Group SIA from Ventspils. The store’s opening resulted in the creation of 10 new jobs.A new local store, top! Ventspils, has opened its doors today in the historical centre of Ventspils, at 1 Annas Street, to offer city residents the most essential goods in close proximity to their homes. The new store has been thoughtfully designed to prioritise accessibility and convenience for customers, while also reflecting the company’s commitment to development, sustainability and support for the local community.

The store features an extensive array of products, showcasing items from Latvian manufacturers, products under the top! brand, popular freshly baked buns, unpackaged meat and essential goods.
