The local store chain top! congratulates Latvia on the holiday and for the eighth year in a row continues the tradition of presenting red-white-red heart-flags to shoppers. At the checkout, store visitors will receive a ready-made kit — a ribbon in the shape of the letter V with a pin for attaching it to clothing in the right place — near the heart. The flags are already available in stores and will be distributed to everyone until November 18, when we will all celebrate the Proclamation Day of the Republic of Latvia.
