Throughout April, the top! store network, together with other service providers in Latvia, is participating in "Compliment Month" – an initiative that encourages customers to evaluate and highlight the best service places in Latvia. We invite you to assess our work so we can improve even further!
From April 1 to 30, store visitors can provide feedback and compliments to store employees, who work daily to ensure a positive shopping experience.
How to participate? To evaluate the service quality at top! stores, customers can scan the QR code in the store or in the promotional leaflet, or visit the website https://ej.uz/topkomplimenti.
Service evaluations will be based on criteria identified by Latvian residents as the most important during a preliminary survey:
- Service provider’s knowledge of the service
- Quality of communication with the customer
- Ability to solve problem situations
- Attitude towards the customer and ability to be unobtrusive, yet polite and attentive.
Why is "Compliment Month" important?
“We are organizing Compliment Month for the second year, and our goal remains unchanged: to make the service environment more positive, supportive, professional, and transparent, both from the perspective of service providers and recipients. To achieve this, we all need to learn how to give and appreciate constructive feedback, as well as highlight and point out positive service experiences. Through Compliment Month, we want to highlight and compliment those organizations that work every day to ensure that we receive quality and pleasant services, making our daily lives and routines easier and more convenient,” says Raivis Balodis, the organizer of "Compliment Month."

About "Compliment Month"
The “Compliment Month” initiative celebrates and compliments the service providers most highly rated by customers. We want others to know about them, and for the service providers themselves to realize that their efforts, initiatives, and standards are valuable. Most importantly, we want to increase mutual smiles by receiving and providing great service! The best service providers in Latvia, who receive compliments in gold, silver, and bronze categories, will be announced in May 2025.
The "Compliment Month" team consists of customer and employee experience agency "Delight," branding and design company "Asteroid," and communications company "Jazz Communications." The preliminary research and sociological evaluation for "Compliment Month" are provided by supporter, the market research center "Norstat."
