Today, 5 December, a new store, top! Ziepniekkalns, has opened at 46 Ozolciema Street bldg. 6 in Ziepniekkalns, reflecting the commitment of the local store chain to being closer to its customers. The store is situated in the courtyard of apartment buildings, offering easy access for both pedestrians and drivers, along with local residents and visitors to the area.

The opening of the top! store Ziepniekkalns demonstrates our attentiveness to the needs of the community and our ability to respond accordingly. We want this store to be a welcoming place where shopping is quick, convenient and enjoyable, offering favourite products from Latvian manufacturers and a thoughtfully curated selection of goods,” explains Ilze Priedīte, Member of the Management Board and Marketing Director of the local store chain top!.
The retail space of the new store is 200 sq m, and the back rooms of 90 sq m are arranged so that employees can comfortably carry out their daily duties. The premises are designed in accordance with the unified concept of the store chain top!, facilitating a thoughtfully organised and intuitive store layout that enables customers to effortlessly navigate and locate all their necessities. In keeping with its dedication to energy-efficient and sustainable solutions, top! has made substantial investments in acquiring modern equipment and implementing LED lighting.
The store’s opening has resulted in the creation of seven new jobs, and a reverse vending machine is set to be installed next to the store, enhancing convenience for residents.
The store offers a diverse selection of goods, featuring products from Latvian manufacturers, top! brand items and the highlight of top! – buns baked on site that fill the air with their enticing aroma, contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere. The opening of this store marks a significant advancement in top! becoming an essential and supportive member of the local community. top! recognises the rapid pace of contemporary living, which is why this corner store was created to streamline the everyday lives of local residents. The concept of a convenience store makes it possible to save time that would otherwise be spent travelling to farther shopping centres. This approach allows for more time to focus on what truly matters in life – family, hobbies and leisure.

LPB AS was established in 1992 and is a company with 100% local ownership and Latvian capital. Throughout its operation, the company has opened 40 top! and mini top! stores in different towns and cities of Latvia, and also provides more than 600 jobs.
