The first top! store opens in Ādaži at 20 Gaujas Street

On Thursday, July 8, observing all safety conditions, a new top! store has opened its doors in Ādaži, at 20 Gaujas Street, providing a total of 17 jobs in the sales area of 500 m2. The total investment in the construction and equipment of the store is almost 2,000,000 EUR. The project is implemented by AS LPB, a member of the top! store chain with 100% Latvian capital.
“In accordance with the epidemiological safety standards established in the country and concern for the general state of health, no special welcome ceremony was held during the opening of the store. We are pleased with the work done, because by reconstructing and equipping the building with an area of 1630 m2, we will provide customers with the opportunity to shop in a modern store equipped with ergonomic trading equipment and energy-efficient lighting. Three self-checkouts have been installed for the convenience of customers. The new store will provide customers with modern and convenient shopping, pleasant working conditions for employees, who will increase their well-being in the working environment. In this store, we want to highlight several categories of goods that will be available here in addition to other local products. Both vegans and especially healthy food lovers will find a range to suit their needs. At the local top! store in Adazi, Dabas stacija and Oscar fish brands will also be available, as well as locally squeezed orange juice and buns baked right on the site. Listening to local customers, we will expand the range in accordance with demand,” Elīna Ļaudama, Chairman of the Board of LPB SA, says.

This is the third new store opened in the coming year, and this year we plan to open several more stores in different cities of Latvia. It is important to note that it was LPB SA that opened the first top! store in Liepāja in June 2000.
