To celebrate the 25th birthday of top! stores together with local shoppers, a grand anniversary lottery has started across Latvia with a total prize fund of €28,000! The grand prize – €25,000 in cash – will make this year truly unforgettable for one lucky winner. From August 6 to October 28, all customers of top! and mini top! stores have the opportunity to participate in the lottery by purchasing goods worth at least €10 and registering their purchase receipt on the website www.etop.lv/loterija.
Lottery Period
The lottery takes place in all top! and mini top! stores throughout Latvia from 06.08.2025 to 28.10.2025.

How to Participate
From August 6, 2025 to October 28, 2025, make a purchase of at least €10.00, register for the lottery at www.etop.lv/loterija and keep your purchase receipt to claim your prize in case of a win.
The purchase amount does not include alcoholic beverages (including beer), tobacco products, herbal smoking products, electronic smoking devices and refills, medicines, infant formula for babies under 6 months, energy drinks, gift cards, prepaid cards, or utility bill payments.
Draw Dates
Winners will be selected in 12 draws:
• August 13, 20, and 27
• September 3, 10, 17, and 24
• October 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29
How to Register
Option 1: Online registration at www.etop.lv/loterija Fill out the free registration form with:
• First and Last Name
• Purchase document number
• Age
• City
• Phone number
• Email address
• Upload the purchase receipt. If using a digital e-receipt, you can download it from the app or your profile on the website under “My Purchases”
Option 2: SMS registration by sending a message to 1838 (LMT, Tele2, Bite)

SMS is free of charge, but in some cases, operators may apply an additional fee of up to €0.07.

Prize Collection
Winners can arrange prize collection by contacting the lottery organizer “Visas Loterijas” at 67686540 on working days from 09:00 to 17:00. Prizes can be claimed until November 12, 2025, by presenting the purchase receipt and a valid ID – passport or ID card.
