Buckwheat with Meat and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 200 g pork
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Meat seasoning
  • 200 g buckwheat
  • 100 g shimeji mushrooms
  • 3 g garlic powder
  • 2 cups of water
  • Parsley for decoration

Chop the mushrooms into smaller pieces and sauté them in a pan. In a bowl, place the meat cut into small pieces, add salt, pepper, meat seasoning and mix well. Add the buckwheat, sautéed mushrooms, garlic powder, and water, and mix again. Then transfer everything into a roasting bag, tie it closed, and pierce it in a few places.
