First, prepare the fillings. In one bowl, mix the tuna with finely chopped chives and 50 g of mayonnaise. In another bowl, mix the grated cheese with 2 finely grated garlic cloves and 65 g of mayonnaise. In a third bowl, mix 4 boiled grated eggs, a couple of pinches of salt, and 65 g of mayonnaise. Form the “cake” on a long rectangular plate. Start with a layer of crackers—nine crackers tightly arranged in rows of three. On each cracker, place the egg mixture, smoothing everything evenly at the end. Add another layer of crackers. Then spread the tuna mixture on top. Add another layer of crackers, then spread the cheese mixture. Finally, add the last layer of crackers and cover it with mayonnaise, including the sides. Finely crumble some crackers and coat the top and sides of the cake with the crumbs. Then decorate the cake with grated egg yolk, forming a several-centimeter-wide diagonal stripe. In one corner, arrange halved boiled quail eggs and parsley.
