Banana bread

Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 280 g wheat flour
  • 190 g brown sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 15 g baking soda
  • 10 g salt
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs

Preparation video

Beat the brown sugar with the eggs and melted butter. Pour the mixture into a large bowl, sift the flour, add the salt, soda, mashed bananas and mix well. Brush a rectangular cake tin with butter and sprinkle with flour. Place the prepared dough in the pan and bake at 160 C for 40 minutes, then at 170 C for 30 minutes. When the bread is ready, cool for 20 minutes, then remove from the tin. Bon appetit!
