Caraway “Jāņu” cheese salad
Ingredients
- 150 g caraway “Jāņu” cheese
- 150 g mixed greens
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 30 g white bread
- 20 g lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hard cheese for decor
Preparation video
First, fry the bread slices in a pan until crispy, then fry the cheese a little. Place the salad in a large bowl, add halved cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, fried bread slices and fried cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and mix everything together. Place the salad on a plate and grate some hard cheese on top. Bon appétit!
