Caraway “Jāņu” cheese salad

  • 150 g caraway “Jāņu” cheese
  • 150 g mixed greens
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 30 g white bread
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hard cheese for decor

Preparation video

First, fry the bread slices in a pan until crispy, then fry the cheese a little. Place the salad in a large bowl, add halved cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, fried bread slices and fried cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and mix everything together.
