Cheese turnovers
Ingredients
- 60 g hard cheese
- 60 g semi-hard cheese
- 35 g red pepper
- 10 g dill
- 1 egg
- Yeast dough
- Flour
- Sesame seeds
Preparation video
In a bowl, mix hard cheese, grated semi-hard cheese, finely chopped peppers, chopped dill and egg. Sprinkle some flour on the table, roll out the dough and cut out circles with a glass. Place the prepared mixture in the middle of each circle, about 1 teaspoon per circle. Next, form the pies by folding the circles in half and pressing the edges firmly to seal them. Place the turnovers on a baking tray, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
