Curd cookies “Goose legs”

Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g curd
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Sugar
  • Mint for decor

Preparation video

Mix the cottage cheese, very soft butter, flour and baking powder in a bowl. Knead the dough with your hands, then wrap it in cling film and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Then roll out the dough thinly and use a glass to cut out circles. Dip one side of each circle into a plate of sugar and fold in half with the sugar side facing inwards. Dip the folded sides into the sugar again and fold in half with the sugar side facing upwards. Press down on the wider edge of the biscuits with a fork to form a goose's leg shape. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 25 minutes. Decorate with mint.
