Fish cutlets

Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 500 g cod
  • 100 g pork bacon
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 2 g fish spice mix
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Milk
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil for frying

Preparation video

Soak the slices of white bread in a little milk. Grind the cod fillet, onion, bacon and slices of white bread soaked in milk in a meat grinder. Add the fish seasoning, pepper, salt and lemon juice to the minced mixture and knead thoroughly by hand. Form cutlets from the prepared mixture, coat in breadcrumbs and fry in a skillet. Fry one side golden brown, then turn over, cover the pan and fry until the other side is golden brown. Garnish with lemon and herbs.
