Mozzarella and cherry tomato tart
Ingredients
- 300 g savory pie crust
- 110 g cream cheese
- 25 g sundried tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- Basil for decor

Prepare the filling: combine the cream cheese with chopped sundried tomatoes. Line small round baking pans, like muffin pans or ramekins, with pie crust. Fill them with the cream cheese filling and top with halves of 4 to 5 cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with pulled mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes. Decorate with basil.
