Surimi salad
Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 3 boiling bags of rice
- 250 g surimi sticks
- 650 g fresh cucumber
- 250 g red pepper
- 120 g green pepper
- 150 g corn
- 420 g sour cream
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 3 pinches of salt
- 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- Basil leaves
Preparation video
Boil the rice and let cool. Place the rice in a mixing bowl, add sliced surimi sticks, cucumber, red and green peppers, corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper, and stir.
Serve in a cocktail glass, decorating with a lemon wedge or herbs.
