Banana pancakes

Ingredients

For 2 servings

  • 4 bananas
  • 20 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 13 g olive oil
  • 350 ml milk
  • Maple syrup
  • Raspberries, blueberries, and mint for decoration

Preparation video

Slice three very ripe bananas, place them in a bowl, and mash them into a purée with a fork. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Then, in a larger bowl, add two eggs, olive oil, and milk, add the mashed bananas, and mix well. After that, add the dry mixture and stir thoroughly. Heat a pan and cook palm-sized pancakes. Stack them on a plate, one on top of another, and pour syrup over them. Decorate with berries, heart shapes cut from banana slices, and mint.
