Mummy brownies

Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 250 g sugar
  • 240 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • White chocolate for decoration

Preparation video

In a large bowl, pour in the melted dark chocolate, melted butter, cocoa powder, and sugar. Mix everything together. Add the vanilla extract and mix again. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing each one in thoroughly. Add the flour, milk chocolate chunks, and mix everything well again. Spread the mixture in a baking tray lined with parchment paper greased with butter. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 C. Let the brownie cool and cut into squares or rectangles. Decorate the squares to look like mummies using melted white chocolate and candy eyes.
