Meringue Ghost Cookies
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Dark chocolate for decoration
Preparation video
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, add a pinch of salt, and whip until very stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar and continue whipping until a firm mixture is formed (whip for at least 10 minutes). Put the prepared mixture into a piping bag with a very narrow tip, and pipe ghost-shaped meringue cookies onto a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 90 C for one and a half hours. Then cool and decorate the faces with melted dark chocolate.
