Grilled Mushrooms with Cheese and Bacon
Ingredients
- 50 g bacon
- 100 g hard cheese
- 50 g walnuts
- 20 g parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Brown champignons
- Basil for decoration
Preparation video
First, in a bowl, mix finely chopped bacon, finely grated hard cheese, crumbled walnuts, chopped parsley, pressed garlic cloves, salt, and pepper. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and fill the caps with the prepared stuffing. Then place them on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 C for 20 minutes. Next, arrange them on a nice plate and decorate with basil.
