Valentine’s Day mini pizzas

Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 400 g pizza dough
  • 100 g tomato sauce
  • Red onion
  • 70 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g grated hard cheese
  • 100 g salami
  • Green pepper
  • 60 g pickles
  • Basil for decor

Preparation video

First, roll out the dough medium thin. Shape into hearts and place on a baking tray. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizzas, then top with finely chopped onions, sliced tomatoes and pickled cucumber. Next, place sliced salami on some pizzas and sliced peppers on others. Then top all the pizzas generously with grated cheese. Place a few small salami hearts and small hearts from the peppers on top of the pizzas. Bake at 225 degrees for about 15 minutes. Garnish with basil leaves.
