Apple jam
Ingredients
- 1 kg apples
- 500 g sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ½ lemon juice

Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Place them in a pot, add a small amount of water, and cook—stirring occasionally—until the apples begin to break down. Add a little more water, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice, and cook for another 20 minutes. Pour the jam into sterilized jars, seal, let cool, and store in a cool place.
