Beet pâté
Ingredients
- 400 g cooked beets
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 40 ml olive oil
- 10 g dill
- 4 g salt
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ lemon juice
- Cooked egg white for garnish
Preparation video
Cut the beets into cubes and put them into a bowl. Put the beets in a bowl. Add sesame seeds, grated garlic clove, lemon juice, salt, chopped dill, and olive oil. Blend everything thoroughly until smooth. It is recommended to enjoy the pâté spread on a slice of rye bread. For garnish, sprinkle chopped cooked egg white on top.
