Carrot and cabbage patties
Ingredients
- 500 g cabbage
- 220 g carrots
- 80 g red pepper
- 70 g flour
- 70 g semolina
- 30 g sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 garlic cloves
- Pinch of baking soda
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Parsley for decor
- Sour cream for serving
Preparation video
In a large bowl, grate the cabbage, add grated carrots, diced peppers, grated garlic cloves, sour cream, baking soda, flour, semolina, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Heat a frying pan, pour in a little olive oil and form the mixture into patties. Fry golden brown on both sides. Garnish with parsley. Serve with sour cream.
