Cookie sausage
Ingredients
- 300g Selga cookies, crumbled
- 1 can condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- A handful of walnuts, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons dried cranberries, roughly chopped (optional)
- A handful of marmalade candy, roughly chopped
Preparation video
Mix the nuts, cookies, marmalade and cranberries thoroughly. In a separate dish, mix the condensed milk and cocoa powder. Add to the cookies and stir thoroughly.
Wrap in cling film and form into a sausage shape.
Seal and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
