‘False rabbit’ meatloaf

Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 400 g ground pork
  • 180 g carrots
  • 70 g onions
  • 15 g potato starch
  • 7 g dill
  • 5 g parsley
  • 2 g pork spice mix
  • 3 g salt
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil
  • Red pepper
  • Green pepper
  • Sprig of rosemary
  • Almonds

Preparation video

In a bowl, combine ground pork, chopped onions, parsley, grated carrots, egg, potato starch, chopped dill, pork spices and salt, until uniform.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Place the meat in the dish along with sliced red and green peppers lengthways in the middle. Top with another layer of the meat, forming a loaf.

Bake at 200 C for 40 minutes.

Decorate with a sprig of rosemary and chopped almonds.
