Heart shaped pancakes
Ingredients
- 180g flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 300ml buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- frying oil
- Chocolate cream or jam
- Fresh berries for decoration
Preparation video
In a bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder, soda and sugar. Set aside.
In a second bowl, add buttermilk and eggs; stir until well mixed. Add buttermilk and egg mass to the dry ingredients and mix. Add the melted butter and mix.
Heat the pan to medium temperature. Make a heart-shaped pancake on a greased pan with a spoon as shown in the video. Bake for 2 minutes, when bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake and they burst, turn the pancake upside down and continue baking for 2 minutes.
Serve with chocolate cream and berries.
