Oatmeal cookies
Ingredients
- 200 g oats
- 140 g sugar
- 90 g butter
- 80 g flour
- 40 g flaxseed
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt

Melt 20 g butter in a skillet, then add the oats. Toast lightly until brown. In a mixing bowl, combine 70 g melted butter, sugar, baking powder, and eggs. Beat until uniform, then add the oats, flaxseed, and a pinch of salt. Add the flour, stirring occasionally, until uniform. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Form cookies out of the dough. Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
