Salad for women’s health
Ingredients
- 300 g red cabbage
- 170 g carrots
- 25 g sunflower seeds
- 5 g parsley
- 2 apples
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 pear
- Red basil for decoration
Preparation video
In a small bowl, mix the juice of one lemon and one orange. In a large bowl, mix finely chopped red cabbage, grated carrots, thinly sliced pear, thinly sliced apples, sunflower seeds, and chopped parsley. Pour over the mixed juice and mix thoroughly. Garnish with red basil. Enjoy!
