  • 200 g semi-hard cheese
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 dashes of ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dill and rosemary sprig for decor

Boil eggs and carrots, cool. Grate the cheese and boiled carrots in a mixing bowl. Add finely chopped eggs and spices. Mince or finely grate the garlic. Add the mayonnaise and stir thoroughly. Decorate with finely chopped dill and a sprig of rosemary.
