Heart shaped cake
CMS RECIPE DETAILS INGREDIENTS
- 110 g of flour
- 160 g of sugar
- 35 g of cocoa
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon soda
- 1 egg
- 60 g of oil
- 120 g of buttermilk
- 120 g of hot water
- 150 g of heavy cream
- 200 g of dark chocolate

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients, except water. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet. Slowly add hot water and mix until combined. Pour into a heart shaped pan and bake in a 180C preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. Cool the biscuit. Make chocolate cream. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and pour heated heavy cream over. Wait five minutes and then mix thoroughly. Cool in a refrigerator. Mix until an airy mass forms.
Decorate cake with chocolate cream and berries.
