Chicken drumsticks with quinces and honey

Ingredients

For 3 servings

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 40 g honey
  • 30 g soy sauce
  • 2 quinces
  • 2 g curry powder
  • ½ lemon juice
  • Garlic
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Thyme sprigs
  • Microgreens for décor

Preparation video

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, curry seasoning, and lemon juice. Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking tray, pour over the prepared sauce, and mix well into the meat using your hands. Cut the quinces into quarters, remove the seeds, and add them to the baking tray with the chicken. Add a halved garlic head, sprigs of rosemary, and thyme. Roast in the oven at 180 C for 25 minutes. Serve in the baking dish, garnished with a fresh sprig of rosemary and microgreens.
