  • 1 yellow pepper (in bite-size pieces)
  • 1 blue onion (in pieces)

Marinade

  • 100g soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon soft honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Dash of pepper

Blue cheese sauce

  • 100g soft, high-quality blue cheese
  • 100g sour cream
  • 50g mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
