Greek salad

Ingredients

For 2 servings

  • 180 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 135 g feta cheese
  • 70 g lettuce
  • 60 g black olives
  • 50 g red onion
  • 4 g oregano
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Pepper from Kotanyi grinder
  • Salt from Kotanyi grinder
  • Costa d'Oro olive oil
  • Basil leaves for decor

Preparation video

Halve the cherry tomatoes and olives, slice the cucumber, red onion and dice the feta. In a large bowl, mix the lettuce leaves with the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, black olives, sprinkle with pepper, salt, oregano, pour over the lemon juice and olive oil. Garnish with basil leaves.
