Egg-free gingerbread tiramisu
Ingredients
- 1 kg mascarpone
- 400 g gingerbread cookies or gingerbread
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 120 g cukura
- Black coffee
- Coffee beans for decor
- Mint and gingerbreads for decor
Preparation video
Whip the cream and sugar. Stir mascarpone into the whipped cream, forming a uniform cream. Dip the gingerbreads into strong black coffee, then arrange in dessert dish. Add a layer of the cream. Repeat for two more layers. Generously sprinkle cocoa powder on the final layer of cream. Cover the dish in cling film and refrigerate overnight. Serve garnished with coffee beans, gingerbread and mint.
