Ingredients
For 4-6 servings
- 500g small crunchy cucumbers
- 5 finely sliced garlic cloves
- 3 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed relish
- Handful of dill

Prepare a resealable bag. Clean the cucumbers, pat dry, place in the bag. Add the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly, seal the bag. Chill for at least 4 hours.
