  • 500 g chanterelles
  • 30 g salt
  • Garlic clove

Clean the chanterelles and place them in a pot. Cover with water and boil for about 5 minutes. Drain, sprinkle with salt, and stir gently until the salt has dissolved. Fill a sterilized jar with the chanterelles along with a peeled garlic clove.
