Berry-yogurt cake without baking

Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 200g biscuits
  • 80g butter
  • 600g yogurt
  • 300g thawed berries
  • 100g sugar
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 20g gelatin
  • 50g water

Preparation video

To prepare the cake base in a bowl add 200 g crushed biscuits, 80 g melted butter and mix ingredients. Then smooth out the biscuit mass in the cake pan.

To prepare gelatin in a bowl add 50 g water and 10 g gelatin, mix and set aside until spongy. Then add gelatin to hot water bath and let it dissolve.

To prepare the berry yogurt mass to a bowl add 300 g thawed berries and with a blender blend them to a smooth consistency. To a bowl add 600 g yogurt, 100 g sugar, juice of half lemon and mix ingredients. Then mix in the prepared gelatin.

Pour the yogurt mass in the cake pan and put the cake into a refrigerator overnight.

Serve with berries and lemon peel.
