Cherry bubble tea
Ingredients
- 50 g cherries
- 20 g sugar
- 15 g cherry syrup
- ½ lemon
- Tapioca or corn starch
- Ice
- Green tea
Preparation video
Remove the pits from the cherries. Add sugar to the cherries and blend well. Add a little bit of water and, while stirring, gradually add starch until a smooth mass forms. Form small balls from the mixture and roll them in starch. Place in a pot and boil for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and leave for 20 minutes. To assemble the drink in a glass: first add the cherry balls, then ice, syrup, lemon juice, green tea, and mix. Garnish with mint.
