Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • Yeast dough
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Egg
  • Powdered sugar for decor

Preparation video

Dust the table with flour, take the yeast dough, and roll it out as thin as possible into a rectangle. When done, brush the dough with soft butter. Sprinkle generously with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Starting from the widest part, roll out the dough and cut it into 2 cm wide slices. Place the prepared rolls on a baking tray, brush with egg and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. When ready, cool slightly and sprinkle with icing sugar when serving.
