Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 1 l kefir
  • 250 g pickled beets
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of ground black pepper
  • Dill, chives, boiled egg for garnish

Preparation video

Boil the egg and potatoes, cool. Slice the potatoes in thin strips and place into a large bowl. Add finely chopped egg, beets, horseradish, salt, pepper, and kefir. Stir.

Decorate with dill, chives, and boiled egg slices.
