Cranberry punch

Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 500g cranberries
  • 500ml cranberry juice
  • 500ml drinking water
  • 250ml orange juice
  • 200ml rum (optional)
  • 150ml honey or syrup
  • 8 corns allspice
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • A chunk of ginger, sliced
  • Star anise, cranberries, mint leaves, orange and lime slices for garnish
  • Ice for serving

Preparation video

Pour 100ml water in a saucepan, add cranberries, honey and spices. Heat on low flame for 5 minutes. Cool, smash and strain through a sieve. Pour in the punch bowl, add cranberry juice, orange juice and rum. Stir. Add a few handfuls of ice and water. Decorate.
