Homemade dumplings

  • 400 g flour
  • 400 g ground pork
  • 160 ml cold water
  • 1 slice white bread
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation video

In a bowl, combine the flour, water, egg, salt and oil and knead by hand until a dough forms. In a separate bowl, mix the meat thoroughly with a crumbled slice of white bread, finely grated onion, salt and pepper.

Dust the table with flour and roll out the prepared dough thinly. With a glass, form circles in the dough. Place half a tablespoon of the prepared minced meat in the center of the circles. Fold the circles in half and seal the edges. When the dumplings are ready, drop in boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
