Rhubarb drink
Ingredients
- 1 l water
- 250 g rhubarb
- 60 g brown sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Mint for decoration

Peel and dice the rhubarb, place in a pot, add water, cinnamon sticks and bring to a boil. Leave the drink to steep for 3–4 hours. Then strain, return to the stove, add sugar and bring to the boil again. When the drink has cooled, it is ready to serve. Garnish with mint. Enjoy!
