Tongue salad
Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 500 g pig tongue
- 200 g pickled mushrooms
- 200 g canned green peas
- 120 g pickled cucumbers
- 40 g sour cream
- 40 g mayonnaise
- 5 g parsley
- 1/2 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil for decor

Boil the pig's tongue for about two hours. Then cut into pieces and mix in a bowl with sliced mushrooms, cucumbers, green peas, finely chopped onion, and chopped parsley. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise and seasoning. Garnish with basil leaves.
