Ingredients
- 45 g barbecue sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chicken fillet
- Bacon slices
- Prunes
- Black pepper
- Radish sprouts for garnish
Preparation video
In a bowl, mix salt and pepper into the barbecue sauce. Cut the chicken fillet into four pieces, making a horizontal slit in each piece to form a pocket. Place the chicken pieces in the bowl, pour over the sauce, and mix thoroughly by hand. Next, lay out the bacon slices on a board. Place a piece of chicken at the beginning of each slice, insert a prune into the slit pocket of the chicken, and roll it up. Secure each roll with a toothpick so it holds together. Place the rolls on a baking tray, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, and bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, arrange on a plate and garnish with radish sprouts.
