Chicken Appetizer with Prunes

  • 45 g barbecue sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chicken fillet
  • Bacon slices
  • Prunes
  • Black pepper
  • Radish sprouts for garnish

In a bowl, mix salt and pepper into the barbecue sauce. Cut the chicken fillet into four pieces, making a horizontal slit in each piece to form a pocket. Place the chicken pieces in the bowl, pour over the sauce, and mix thoroughly by hand. Next, lay out the bacon slices on a board. Place a piece of chicken at the beginning of each slice, insert a prune into the slit pocket of the chicken, and roll it up. Secure each roll with a toothpick so it holds together. Place the rolls on a baking tray, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, and bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, arrange on a plate and garnish with radish sprouts.
