Pasta carbonara

- 200 g spaghetti
- 100 g bacon
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt

Add the salt and spaghetti to a pot of boiling water. Boil for 4 minutes, then strain, but save the cooking liquid. In a small bowl, mix the egg yolks with finely grated cheese. Place two crushed cloves of garlic in a frying pan and fry the bacon, cut into pieces. When the bacon is brown, remove the garlic cloves, place the pasta into the pan and add a little of the liquid left over from the pasta. Stir the contents of the pan and add a little more liquid. Remove the pan from the stove and stir the egg and cheese mixture into the pasta to form a silky texture. Garnish with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
