Salmon with vegetables
CMS RECIPE DETAILS INGREDIENTS
- 4 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon of thyme
- ½ teaspoon of oregano
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- a handful of parsley
- lemon

Cut the potatoes and carrots into heart shapes. In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic cloves, melted butter, brown sugar, thyme, oregan, pepper and salt. Put baking paper in a baking pan, arrange salmon and vegetables on top, add with green sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
